Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to provide phlebotomy staffing services at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) located in Houston, TX. The goal of this contract is to ensure that qualified phlebotomists are available to support healthcare services for Veteran beneficiaries, thereby enhancing the quality of care provided by the VA. Work Details The contractor shall provide onsite phlebotomy services, totaling 33,280 hours per year, with an option to increase by an additional 11,050 hours as needed.
