Background

The City of Denton is seeking proposals for the provision of concrete and steel street light poles. Work Details

Respondents may submit proposals for one or more categories of products or services outlined in the solicitation. The awarded contractor must ensure compliance with all specifications and provide documentation such as product specifications, shop drawings, and a pricing sheet. Additionally, the contractor must adhere to delivery schedules as specified in the proposal.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective for one year from the date of award, with options for renewal for up to four additional one-year periods. The contract may also be extended by up to six months at the City's discretion.

The products will be delivered to the City of Denton, specifically to 901-B Texas Street, Denton, TX 76209.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered with the State of Texas and possess all necessary licenses required for providing the specified products and services.
