Restaurants, Food Trucks, and Catering

Allen Independent School District is seeking proposals for a MULTI-AWARD contract for the provision of Restaurants, Food Trucks, and Catering services. The work required under this contract includes: Providing food and catering services through restaurants, food trucks, or catering operations as specified in the attached solicitation documents. Meeting all specifications and requirements outlined in the RFP and its attachments. This solicitation is being issued by Allen ISD, which encourages all vendors who offer these services including sole source providers to respond. This contract opportunity is established to ensure Allen ISD can access a variety of food service options for its needs. All specifications and requirements are detailed in the attached documents, which must be reviewed thoroughly before submitting a proposal. Contract requirements include: Careful review and compliance with all specifications provided in the solicitation and its attachments. Potential submission of additional information prior to award, if requested by the District, to further evaluate vendor qualifications. Understanding that the District reserves the right to postpone the submission deadline through an addendum. Instructions for submission: Electronic bid submission is strongly encouraged to reduce errors, unnecessary work, and paper usage. If submitting electronically, do not send a paper copy, as the electronic version will prevail. Paper bid submissions are legally accepted, but electronic submissions are preferred. Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring their bid response is delivered to the Purchasing Department on time. Late responses will be rejected and returned unopened, regardless of the delivery method or carrier. If the District's offices are closed due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the submission deadline will automatically extend to the next operational business day at the same time, unless otherwise notified.
