Master Agreement for Owner's Advisor Services for the City Hall Water Intrusion Repair Project

The City of San Jos , Department of Public Works, is seeking qualified firms to provide owner's advisor services for the City Hall Water Intrusion Repair Project (PW 10685). Interested consultants are encouraged to submit a Statement of Qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQu). The selected consultant will enter into a Master Consultant Agreement with the City, from which services will be requested on an as-needed basis through individual service orders. Closing date for submissions is 07/01/2026 at 11:00 AM PT.
