Work Requested

The District is requesting bids from qualified vendors to supply HVAC Parts and Supplies. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all items listed in the bid form, with the contract awarded on a lot basis. Each bidder must submit pricing for every item within a lot to be eligible for that lot's award.

Background

The purpose of this Request for Bids (RFB) is to select a vendor and establish a contract for one (1) year, with the possibility of extending the agreement for up to two (2) additional one-year periods, contingent on satisfactory service and performance.

Contract Requirements

- Bids must include pricing for all items within each specified lot on the Bid Form. - Award of items will be made on a lot basis as outlined in the Bid Form. - Failure to provide pricing for every item in a lot may result in rejection of the bid for that lot.

Submission Instructions

Bidders must ensure all required information and pricing are included as specified. Incomplete bids or those missing pricing for any item within a lot will not be considered for that lot.
