Bidder Requirements

Bidders must possess a valid Class 'A' or 'C-21' Contractor’s License issued by the State of California. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a Bid Deposit amounting to 10% of the Total Net Bid Amount in an acceptable form such as a certified check or bidder's bond. Contractors must also be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
