Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be registered as a supplier with the City of Memphis to participate in bids. Bids can only be submitted via USPS (or other common carrier) at City Hall Room 546, through the eProcurement system online (preferred), or via a locked drop box in the lobby of City Hall. Emailed bids are not accepted. Hardcopy bids must be physically signed by the vendor. Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable licensing requirements and provide a Certificate of Insurance evidencing required coverage within five days of notification of bid award.
