Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a closely related prior contract with Defense Technology (DEFTEC) for DEFTEC 40MM foam baton rounds and OC vapor aerosol grenades (15B61625P00000134, $8,999, 06/04/25–07/31/25). The current procurement lists multiple 40MM less-lethal items and includes OC vapor aerosol grenade quantities, suggesting the prior work may be a continuation or expansion of the same product line(s) being procured for tactical operations.
