The goal of this contract is to ensure climate control for a temporary structure located pier side, supporting the operational needs of the Navy. Work Details The contractor will provide a temporary Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) unit along with an electric fan coil heater. Specific requirements include: 1. A 25 Ton HVAC unit with DX cooling coil and electric heat, featuring a minimum capacity of 10,000 CFM, dual thermostat control, and cam-lock electrical connections. 2. An electric fan coil unit-heater rated at 150KW. 3. 300 feet of flexible ducting with a diameter of 20 inches, designed for positive pressure supply air applications and capable of withstanding outdoor exposure. 4. 300 feet of electrical power cable to connect the units.
