Work Details

The selected vendor will provide a complete cloud-based CAD software system that includes: - Project management and coordination throughout the implementation process; - System configuration to support operational workflows; - Data conversion from the current CAD system; - Training for dispatch personnel and administrators; - Technical support and software maintenance; - Assistance with required interfaces or integrations with related public safety systems; - A scalable platform capable of supporting future growth and emerging 911 technologies, including Next Generation 911. The proposed system must improve access to critical public safety information while reducing redundant data entry.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon mutual agreement between White County and the awarded contractor, covering the initial implementation period followed by an annual subscription and maintenance agreement.
