Background

The Department of Human Services, Ebensburg Center is seeking a contractor to provide poultry dietary requirements for consumers located at 4501 Admiral Peary HWY, Ebensburg PA 15931. The goal of this contract is to supply poultry products for individual meals for the months of July, August, and September 2026. Bidders are required to submit bids only for acceptable brands listed in the specification sheet and must adhere to the specified delivery dates.

Work Details

The contractor will supply various poultry products including: 1. **Chicken, Boneless Breast** - 260 lbs. 2. **Frying Chicken, Boneless, Skinless Breast Halves with Rib Meat** - Frozen, individually frozen, USDA Grade A, packaged in 2/5# bags. 3. **Diced Chicken Meat** - Fully cooked, IQF, not less than 50% white meat. 4. **Chicken Patties** - Fully cooked, oven-ready (heat & serve), white meat only. 5. **Chicken Tenders** - Fully cooked, oven-ready (heat & serve), packaged in poly bags. 6. **Ground Turkey** - Frozen, 100% ground turkey without additives. 7. **Turkey Breast Deli Sliced** - Oven roasted and pre-cooked. 8. **Turkey Breasts Boneless (Cook-in-Bag)** - Raw boneless whole muscle turkey breast. 9. **Ground Chicken** - Freshly ground all white meat chicken.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over the months of July, August, and September 2026.

Products will be delivered to the Department of Human Services at 4501 Admiral Peary HWY, Ebensburg PA 15931.
