Background

The City of Philadelphia is issuing a micro purchase solicitation for the procurement of Spson FX-890II 9-pin Dot Matrix Printers. The goal of this contract is to acquire these printers to support the operational needs of the City. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, ensuring that all items are quoted for eligibility.

Work Details

The contract involves the provision of Spson FX-890II 9-pin Dot Matrix Printers. Sellers must quote all items specified in PHLContracts to be eligible for award. All products must be delivered FOB Destination Point at the prices quoted. The total amount of the Quote cannot exceed $35,000, which may be adjusted annually based on CPI-U increases.

Period of Performance

The contract term will commence on the Effective Date in PHLContracts and will automatically terminate 365 days thereafter without notice or further action from the City.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to designated locations within the City of Philadelphia as specified in the Purchase Order.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing. They must not have any outstanding debts to the City of Philadelphia and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Insurance requirements include General Liability insurance with a limit of $500,000 per occurrence, Workers' Compensation insurance, and Automobile Liability insurance if applicable.
