Background

The City of Philadelphia's Procurement Department is issuing a solicitation for the purchase of Envisionware X25 Kiosks with SideCars. Work Details

The contract involves the procurement of Envisionware X25 Kiosks along with SideCars. Sellers must quote all items specified in the solicitation to be considered for award. The products must be delivered FOB Destination Point, and all terms and prices quoted shall remain valid for 60 days from the submission date. The total amount of the quote shall not exceed $94,000, which may increase annually based on CPI-U adjustments.

Period of Performance

The contract term will commence on the effective date as specified in PHLContracts and will last for one year. There are options to renew for up to three additional one-year periods, totaling a maximum duration of four years.

Place of Performance

The products will be delivered to designated locations within the City of Philadelphia as specified in the purchase order.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing. The seller must have legal authority to bind their company and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, bidders should not be indebted to the City of Philadelphia for any delinquent taxes or fees.
