Work Details The contractor will provide NETSPOT (Gallium Ga-68) doses, which are required for PET imaging. The contractor must ensure an adequate supply of these products to meet the CMC VAMC's requirements. Deliverables include: - Unit per dose of NETSPOT - Daily tracking of patient doses delivered - Labeling all unit doses with preparation time, expiration time, and other relevant details - Providing a bar labeled insert for data scanning into the nuclear medicine information management system (NMIS) - Accepting returns for credit under specified conditions such as errors in shipment or damaged products. All packaging must be clearly labeled as radioactive, and quality control procedures must comply with Federal and State regulations. Period of Performance The first delivery shall be received no later than 08:00 am the following workday after an order is placed. Same-day delivery is required within 2 hours during normal business hours. Place of Performance Deliveries will be made directly to the Nuclear Medicine Service’s secured receiving areas at room 3A101B of the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center located at 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19104.
