Background The New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) is seeking legal representation in ongoing litigation related to Rule 6.10.5 NMAC, which pertains to school calendar requirements. Bidder Requirements The prospective contractor must be Spencer Fane LLP, which serves as sole legal counsel for the PED in this complex matter. The agency has determined that no other businesses can perform this contract due to the unique qualifications and prior involvement of Spencer Fane LLP.
