Background Montana PBS is seeking proposals from qualified technical systems integrators to modernize its Network Operations Center (NOC) located in Bozeman, Montana. The NOC serves as the central hub for Montana PBS's statewide public broadcasting network, delivering multiple broadcast services, streaming, and on-demand digital content. The goal of this contract is to upgrade and reorganize the NOC infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability while maintaining on-air functionality throughout the project. Work Details The integrator will provide design, integration, and implementation services that include: removal of legacy equipment; installation of new equipment such as racks, routers, and patch panels; integration of owner-furnished equipment; and all necessary cabling, labeling, testing, and commissioning. The project requires a turnkey solution that fundamentally rearranges and rebuilds the existing NOC rack room and master control space while ensuring no on-air downtime during implementation. Critical tasks must be coordinated with the owner to maintain on-air functionality. Period of Performance The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and continue until the completion of the project with specific timelines to be determined during the proposal process. Place of Performance The work will be performed at the Network Operations Center (NOC) located in Bozeman, Montana. Bidder Requirements Bidders must comply with various requirements including: submission of a current W-9; providing references from similar past projects; demonstrating financial stability; adhering to insurance requirements; and complying with Executive Order No. 12-2016 regarding equal pay for Montana women.
