Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1240LS26Q0047 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for GAOA Bulk Diesel and Unleaded Fuel. Period and Place of Performance 20 June 2026 30 July 2026. It is estimated that Fuel delivery shall be required twice per week. Location of storage tanks will be Trapper Creek Job Corps Center. Milepost 6.0 on West Fork Hwy, MT 473. (See attached map and approximate distance from Hamilton, MT. Background Between 20 June 2026 and 30 July 2026, multiple military guard and reserve units will be located on the Bitterroot National Forest to conduct construction and maintenance projects. In varying capacities throughout these dates, fuel will need to be provided in bulk to the staging area at Trapper Creek Job Corps Center in order to support the ongoing operations. Performance Objectives There will be 2 each 500-gallon storage tanks located at the Trapper Creek Job Corps Center. One tank will be for on-highway Number 2 diesel. The other tank will be 87 octane gasoline. Approximate daily usage is estimated at 200 gallons per day diesel and 100 gallons per day of gasoline. These usage rates are estimates and delivery frequency may need to be adjusted based on current usage. It is not anticipated to require more than 2 deliveries per week. Vendor must be able to respond to a fuel delivery request within 48 hours' notice. Vendor will be required to provide a fuel truck to remain on-site for additional fuel storage and transfer. Needed capacity of truck shall be at 1500 2000 Gallons. Deliverables / Schedule 1 certified Fuel Truck with pump for transfer. Truck capacity required to be between 1500 2500 gallons. Truck is to remain on-site, no operator is required after truck delivery and set-up. Schedule coordinated with vendor as required to provide tank refills within 48 hours of notification. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 324110 The small business size standard is 1500 Employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
