The goal of this contract is to establish a partnership that enhances application yield rates among qualified students, particularly focusing on increasing in-state freshmen and transfers, expanding out-of-state markets, and leveraging financial aid data to build a robust incoming class while meeting fiscal needs and enrollment goals. Work Details The selected Offeror will provide services related to Financial Aid Optimization, which includes: - Developing strategies to improve application yield rates for qualified students. - Focusing on growing in-state freshmen and transfer student populations. - Expanding established out-of-state first-year markets. - Utilizing financial aid data to create an incoming class with desired academic characteristics. - Dedicating a project team to work closely with the Office for Student Access and Success. Period of Performance The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be performed until the end of the enrollment cycle, with specific timelines outlined in the proposal schedule. Place of Performance Services will be performed at Montana State University-Billings or as specified in the proposal documentation. Bidder Requirements Offerors must demonstrate a professional background in higher education marketing, recruitment, and/or enrollment management. They are required to provide three references from similar projects completed within the last three years. Additionally, compliance with Executive Order No. 12-2016 regarding equal pay for Montana women is encouraged, as it may yield bonus points during evaluation.
