The clinic requires a high-speed, chairside dental milling machine that can fabricate various dental restorations during a single patient visit. Work Details The procurement involves the acquisition, installation, integration, and training for a high-speed, chairside dental milling machine. Key specifications include: - Capability to fabricate crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers, and bridges during a single patient visit. - Features include wet/dry milling, 'Super Fast' zirconia milling (approximately 5 minutes), high precision 'Extra Fine' modes, a 7-inch touchscreen interface, and RFID tool management. - Supports over 50 validated materials such as zirconia, glass ceramics, hybrid ceramics, and PMMA. - Must ensure interoperability with CEREC Primescan intraoral scanner and CEREC design software while complying with VA security and privacy standards. The machine will not store any patient information; all data will be managed on VA-approved systems. - Includes delivery of two machines with all necessary accessories for clinical deployment and start-up. Onsite training for clinical staff (minimum 4 hours) is required along with technical support for hardware and software updates. A twelve-month warranty is mandatory.
