Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, traffic control, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide designated underground storage tank operator (DUSTO) services to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The services shall be performed at Caltrans District 11, Transportation Management Center (TMC), located in the County of San Diego at 7183 Opportunity Road, San Diego, CA 92111.
