Agilent OpenLab Server License, Support and Training

Background

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is seeking to enhance its laboratory capabilities through the deployment of the Agilent OpenLab Server System in its SCHQ laboratory. This initiative aims to comply with OIS' Windows 11 requirements, improve data management by centralizing data storage and establishing security features, streamline laboratory workflows for increased operational efficiency, and create a cohesive data management system between the Northern and Southern laboratories.

Work Details

The contract includes the provision of the following products and services: 1. **OpenLab CDS AIC Software**: 2 units of M8420AA for Client Server System (perpetual license). 2. **OpenLab CDS Instrument Connection**: 7 units of M8431AA for various instruments (perpetual license). 3. **Installation Services**: Remote installation services for 2 AICs (R4660RI) and 7 instrument drivers (R4664RI). 4. **Training Services**: One day of administrator training (R4782RB) and two days of user training (R4786RB) for up to 8 students each. 5. **Firmware Updates**: 7 units of R4454A for Agilent GC LC or MS Firmware Update. 6. **Technical Support**: R4681R for 8 hours of technical support regarding workflows within OpenLab CDS2.X. 7. **Client Installation Services**: R4662RI covering remote training sessions totaling 8 hours. 8. **Software Maintenance Agreement**: Pro-rated maintenance agreement for OpenLab CDS, covering June 15, 2026, through February 28, 2028.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract is from June 15, 2026, to February 28, 2028.

Place of Performance

The services and products will be delivered to the California Air Resources Board's specified locations in California.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must possess a valid California Sellers/Resellers Permit or Certificate of Registration. They may also need to provide documentation related to Small Business or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise certifications if applicable.
