Work Details

The Reverse Trade Show (RTS) is designed to allow suppliers, consultants, and contractors to meet with procurement professionals from multiple government agencies in one location. Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss their goods and services, upcoming procurement opportunities, and registration requirements. The event will feature a booth layout that maximizes interaction between suppliers and agencies. Additionally, sponsorship opportunities are available at different levels: - Platinum Sponsor ($675) - Gold Sponsor ($450) - Silver Sponsor ($300) Each level offers various promotional benefits such as registrations, advertisements in the TBAC Membership Directory, and social media exposure.

The event is scheduled for June 25, 2026, with an early bird registration period ending on June 15, 2026. Registration will be accepted until the day of the event based on space availability.

Bidder Requirements

Suppliers must register online through OpenGov Procurement to participate in the RTS. Early bird registration costs $125 per representative until June 15, 2026; after that date, it increases to $150. Suppliers are encouraged to bring business cards and informational flyers about their company.
