Background

The University of Kentucky is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) K-0971-26 to establish a Purchase Order for the procurement of one mobile home intended for use at the Northern Kentucky 4-H Camp located in Carlisle, Kentucky. The camp serves educational and recreational purposes, aligning with the University’s mission to support youth development and community engagement.

Work Details

The contract involves the purchase of one (1) new mobile home with the following specifications: - Size: 1,600 – 2,100 Sq. Ft. - Configuration: Four (4) Bedrooms and Three (3) Bathrooms - Features: 9 ft. ceilings, living room, open kitchen, mud room, utility room, full walk-in pantry, den, gas fireplace. - Appliances included: Washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water spout, oven/microwave. - Flooring: Wood floors throughout. - Additional features: Gutters and full blinds. Bidders must provide a total price for delivery and installation of the mobile home as well as warranty information.

Period of Performance

The bid submission deadline is set for May 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM Lexington Kentucky time. The expected delivery time after receipt of order will be specified by the bidder.

Place of Performance

The mobile home will be delivered to Northern Kentucky 4-H Camp located at 260 Camp Drive, Carlisle, KY 40311.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must ensure compliance with all applicable Kentucky Revised Statutes and University policies. They are required to submit a USB drive along with a printed hard copy of their bid response. Bidders must also provide demographic information about their organization including establishment date, classification (local/regional/national/international), size in terms of employees and gross sales, and whether they are physically located within Kentucky.
