Printers & Heat Presses - Re-Bid

Background

The State of South Carolina, through Midlands Technical College, is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of Printers and Heat Presses. The goal of this contract is to establish a reliable source for these supplies to support the college's operational needs.

Work Details

The contract will involve the purchase of new printers and heat presses. The contractor will be responsible for onsite delivery and installation of all equipment acquired under this contract. All items must be new and delivered within 30 days after receipt of the purchase order.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract is expected to commence upon award and continue until all items are delivered and installed, with a specific delivery date set for 30 days after receipt of the purchase order.

Place of Performance

All deliveries shall be made to Midlands Technical College, Airport Campus, Granby Hall, 125 Shop, 1260 Lexington Dr., West Columbia, SC 29170.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must have a state vendor number to submit an offer. To qualify for the Resident Vendor Preference (RVP), bidders must maintain an office in South Carolina that has been operational for at least one year prior to the bid opening and staffed by at least two employees. Additionally, bidders must comply with all applicable provisions of The Drug-free Workplace Act.
