Work Requested

The County of Orange is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive HVAC services under a Job Order Contract (JOC). The selected Respondent will be responsible for delivering all services as outlined in the Scope of Work, which includes but is not limited to: - Installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of HVAC systems and components - Ensuring all work meets the standards and requirements specified in the RFP - Providing timely and efficient service in accordance with the County's needs Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by OC Public Works, a department of the County of Orange (referred to as County ).

Background

The County is initiating this fully electronic Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a Job Order Contract for HVAC Services. This contract aims to ensure the County's facilities are maintained with high-quality HVAC services delivered by qualified professionals. The schedule for the RFP process may change; any updates will be communicated to all Respondents via addenda on the County's eProcurement Portal .

Contract Requirements

Respondents must meet all minimum qualifications and requirements as detailed in the RFP. Only firms capable of providing the full range of HVAC services specified in the Scope of Work will be considered.
