Painting Services Job Order Contract

Work Requested

The County of Orange is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide painting services under a Job Order Contract (JOC). The selected Respondents will be responsible for performing painting services as detailed in the Scope of Work outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP). Services to be completed include, but are not limited to: - All painting tasks specified in the Scope of Work - Meeting all minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth in the RFP - Providing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment for painting services Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the County of Orange, OC Public Works (referred to as County ).

Background

The County is initiating this RFP to establish a Job Order Contract (JOC) for painting services. This contract is intended to ensure that qualified firms are available to provide painting services as needed, in accordance with the requirements specified in the RFP.

This is a fully electronic Request for Proposals. All proposals must be submitted online via the County's eProcurement Portal. Only electronic proposals will be accepted; facsimile and e-mail submissions will NOT be allowed. Any updates or changes to the schedule will be communicated to all Respondents via addenda on the County's eProcurement Portal .
