Background This solicitation is issued by the Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO20) for a Requirements Contract focused on coil implant products, associated items, and surgical kits. The goal is to ensure that the Portland VA Medical Center (VHAPORHCS) has a consistent supply of these critical medical devices for use by VA clinicians during surgical procedures. Work Details The contractor shall furnish and deliver an initial and replenishment stock of neurovascular coils to be consigned at the Portland VA Medical Center. An estimated forty (40) neurovascular coils will be used per each of the five (5) ordering periods of the contract. The consigned inventory level must be maintained at all times throughout the contract at the Interventional Radiology Lab, located in Building 100, 2nd floor. Deliveries must be made FOB destination and include: - Name and Address of Supplier - Name and Address of Receiver - Product Number, Product Description, and Quantity Shipped - Serial Numbers and/or Expiration Dates. The contractor will replace utilized items within three business days after notification from the point of contact (POC). Unused items must be returned to the contractor at the end of the agreement without reimbursement or other financial obligations to the VA.
