The Transportation Maintenance Division manages six different zones requiring landscaping services adjacent to major roadways. Work Details

The Contractor will provide all necessary materials, tools, supplies, fertilizers, pesticides, labor, equipment, and vehicles for landscape maintenance and temporary traffic control in designated Right of Way (ROW) areas. Specific tasks include: - Tree, shrub, and plant maintenance - Weed and pest control - Ensuring sidewalks and curbs are free from obstructing vegetation - Maintaining a safe work environment - Procuring necessary permits - Adhering to industry best practices Work must be performed during daylight hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Compliance will be assessed based on proper pruning techniques, weed removal frequency (every two weeks), raking out landscape areas monthly, and adherence to safety standards.
