Warehouse Standard Pallet Racking Replacement

Background

The Oregon State Lottery Commission is seeking bids for a professional contractor to replace the warehouse racking at their facility. The goal of this contract is to remove the old racking, purchase new racking, and install it within the Lottery warehouse located at 500 Airport Road SE, Salem, OR 97301.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Remove existing racking and install new racking according to specifications. 2. Provide the following materials: - 108 each of 48” x 192” teardrop style upright frames with a minimum weight capacity of 24,571 pounds. - 384 each of 3.5” x 96” solid framed cross beams with a minimum weight capacity of 5,000 pounds. - 384 each of 48” x 96” wire racks with a minimum weight capacity of 2,500 pounds. - 24 each rack corner guards. - Provide additional spacers as needed (quantity to be determined by bidder). 3. Work with the Lottery Project Manager to create a schedule for services and notify designated personnel of any issues during service execution. 4. Tear down existing racking and stack it at a designated location determined by the Lottery. The contractor has the option to purchase the old racking as credit towards the service.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within one year from the execution date.

Place of Performance

All services will be performed at the Oregon State Lottery's headquarters located at 500 Airport Road SE, Salem, OR 97301.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must attend a pre-bid conference on May 21, 2026, which is mandatory for bid consideration. Bidders must also comply with all security requirements including background checks and fingerprinting for access to the Lottery warehouse.
