The attached questions and answers regarding the requirment are also added. All other Terms, Conditions, and Line Items remain the same. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15BFA026R00000003 is issued as a Request for proposal (RFP) for Comprehensive Medical Services. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.
