Work Details

The selected organization will be responsible for implementing a minor home repair program that includes: - Marketing the program - Conducting pre-screening and eligibility determinations - Providing information for environmental reviews - Ensuring no work begins until a notice to proceed is issued by the County - Documenting household sizes and incomes - Conducting Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections - Performing cost estimates and work write-ups - Completing repairs or managing procurement processes - Maintaining documentation for compliance with CDBG standards.
