Springfield RC Roof Repair

Background

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is issuing this solicitation for the RFB-265-26 DMA - Springfield RC Roof Repair project. The contractor will be required to re-cover the existing 2-ply modified bitumen asphalt roof with a new cover board and a new 2-ply modified bitumen asphalt roof system. Specific tasks include: - Removing wrinkles from the existing roof - Installing a new gypsum roof cover board - Applying a new roofing system Additionally, all new prefinished metal coping caps, scuppers, downspouts, metal roof splashes, flashings, accessories, and terminations must be included in the scope of work.
