Work Details

The contract requires the development and implementation of a Student Management System with the following features: 1) A standard template for class registration information accessible to parents and students; 2) 24-hour online registration access for parents, students, and instructors; 3) Real-time visibility of class seat availability and immediate seat confirmation upon payment; 4) Capability for lead teachers to update school-specific information; 5) Digital organization of all student information including payment details; 6) Communication tools including online and form letters for parents and students; 7) Notification system for cancellations or school closures; 8) Record-keeping of communications accessible by driving school vendor staff; 9) Modern credit card payment processing; 10) Ability to apply WCPSS fee waivers during registration; 11) Admin access to rosters, attendance, and contact information; 12) Student transfer capabilities between classes by admin accounts; 13) Access for parents and students to their registration details, schedules, and payment records; 14) Equity of access for all interested parties; 15) Manual inclusion options for special circumstance students; and 16) Software approval from WCPSS Technology Department prior to installation.

Period of Performance

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be licensed to operate in North Carolina and maintain necessary insurance as outlined in Exhibit B. They must have at least three years of relevant experience with a minimum of two references.
