Work Details

The selected Lessee will be responsible for: 1) Proposing annual lease and capital investment payments to the Town; 2) Revenue sharing from concessions, ticketing, and merchandising; 3) Managing scheduling for sub-lessees and submitting copies of signed agreements; 4) Cleaning all facilities, maintaining grounds and turf, and managing irrigation; 5) Providing necessary supplies and equipment for facility care; 6) Covering all utility costs; 7) Ensuring a qualified coach is present during games and practices; 8) Managing concession operations including staffing; 9) Complying with all applicable laws and regulations; 10) Maintaining comprehensive general liability insurance coverage of at least $3 million. The lease will have a ten-year term with provisions for termination by either party with a 365-day notice.
