Performing maintenance tasks during designated hours (Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM); 4. Adhering to federal holiday schedules when offices are closed; 5. Following the detailed specifications outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Schedule of Items. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from May 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for Cagle, Stubblefield & Double Lake Recreation Areas. For Scott Ridge Recreation Areas, the performance period is from May 1, 2026, to September 15, 2026. Place of Performance The services will be performed at various locations within the Sam Houston Ranger District Recreation Areas in Texas.
