Background The U.S. Army is issuing a solicitation for non-personal custodial services at Fort Bliss, TX. Daily cleaning and sanitation services from June 1 through December 31 annually, which includes kitchens, dining areas, restrooms, gyms, and common areas. The contractor must also adhere to safety regulations, provide identification badges for employees, ensure uniforms are worn during duty hours, and comply with non-disclosure agreements regarding sensitive information accessed during the contract.
