Background The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing this solicitation for the replacement of HVAC units at Air Station Sitka, Alaska. Work Details The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts, and materials required to remove and replace two split system HVAC units at the Hangar Building located at U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Sitka, AK. The work includes: - Full replacement of air handling units located in the ceiling space of the IT office. - Replacement of the outside condensing unit, refrigeration lines, and associated heating coil. - All materials must be delivered in original unopened packages marked with the manufacturer’s name and description. - Compliance with local VOC laws and regulations is required. - The contractor must ensure that construction materials do not enter airfield areas.
