Instructions on Submission

- Unpriced bid proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 1st, 2026. - Proposals may be submitted in person at the office of the Tishomingo County Chancery Clerk, located in the Tishomingo County Courthouse, 1008 Battleground Drive, Iuka, MS 38852, or electronically via www.centralbidding.com. - Vendors with acceptable unpriced proposals will be invited to submit priced bids. - The final bidding will be conducted by electronic reverse auction on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, at www.centralbidding.com, between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., unless extended by anti-bid sniping. - Sealed paper bids may also be submitted at the office of the Tishomingo County Chancery Clerk on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026, for technical assistance in entering bids into the reverse auction system.
