Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided) Place of Performance The work will be performed at Columbus Air Force Base, MS. Bidder Requirements Bidders must meet specific requirements including being a Small Business as this opportunity is set aside for Small Business Total (SBA). Additionally, contractors must comply with security requirements regarding access to Air Force installations. Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a closely related prior contract with Kirila Fire Inspection & Testing under FA302221P0005 (10/01/20–09/30/25) valued at $90,610. That prior work required providing all resources to inspect and test the Fire Training Pit Facility (993) and the Structural Live Fire Training Facility (994), which aligns with the current modification’s focus on repairing components of the same facilities/buildings to restore operational readiness for training.
