Analytical Laboratory Testing Services

Background

The Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board is seeking proposals for Analytical Laboratory Testing Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while providing high-quality laboratory testing services that support the airport's operational needs. The contract will be executed in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252 and/or Government Code 2254, as applicable.

Work Details

The contractor will provide comprehensive analytical laboratory testing services, which may include but are not limited to: chemical analysis, microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and quality assurance assessments. Specific tasks may involve sampling, testing, reporting results, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The contractor must demonstrate a clear understanding of the airport's requirements and provide a detailed implementation plan outlining major project tasks and milestones.

Period of Performance

The contract term is for three (3) years with options to renew for zero (0) additional years.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and potentially other locations as required by the scope of work.

Bidder Requirements

Proposers must comply with Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation requirements as outlined in the solicitation. All SBE firms must have certification from an approved agency. Proposers are also required to submit a Commitment to SBE Participation Form detailing their commitment to meeting SBE goals.
