Work Details

The selected vendor will provide: - PrimeroEdge software, including support and training; - SchoolCafe software, including support and training; - Yotta inspection web and mobile application. The contract will cover all necessary services related to these software products, ensuring that HISD can effectively manage its school nutrition operations.

Period of Performance

The contract is expected to commence on July 1, 2026, and will run through June 30, 2027. There are options for three annual renewals, which may extend the contract until June 30, 2031.

The services will be performed at various locations within the Houston Independent School District in Houston, Texas.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be recognized as 'Approved Vendors' by HISD. To achieve this status, vendors must submit all required documentation including a certificate of liability insurance (ACORD form), which must be approved by HISD's Risk Management Department. Additionally, vendors must comply with all HISD policies regarding criminal background checks for employees who will have direct contact with students.
