Price Term Agreement For Ice Machine Preventative Maintenance, And Repair Services For The Hawai'I Fire Department

Background

The Hawai'i Fire Department is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for ice machines utilized by the department. This contract aims to ensure the operational efficiency of these machines, which are essential for the department's activities. The contract will be effective for a one-year period starting from the Notice to Proceed and can be extended for four additional one-year periods.

Work Details

The contractor will furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment required to perform preventative maintenance and repair services on ice machines operated by the Hawai'i Fire Department. Specific tasks include regular inspections, servicing, repairs as needed, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Period of Performance

The contract will commence on the date of Notice to Proceed and will continue until June 30, 2027. There are four (4) optional one-year extensions available.
