Miscellaneous Industrial Items

Background

The Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board (Airport Board) is seeking to procure Miscellaneous Industrial Items as specified in the attached Specifications/SOW. The goal of this procurement is to ensure the availability of necessary industrial items for operations at the airport. The Airport Board operates under a tax-exempt status.

Work Details

The contract includes the procurement of the following Misc Industrial Items: 1. Bolt Kit - 3/8-16 thread size, 2.5 inch length, with 2 pieces of wedge locking washers, stainless steel, Jaquith 6106 - 60 each. 2. Bolt Kit - 3/8-16 thread size, 3 inch length, with 2 pieces of wedge locking washers, stainless steel, Jaquith 6108 - 140 each. 3. Hydraulic Hose - 1/2 inch diameter, Gates M3K series, roll number 4657-1159 - 220ft spool. 4. Steel Drum - 30 gallon, open head with lid included and ring bolt closure, black, Uline S1914 - 5 each. 5. Runway Incursion Warning System - portable/vehicle mounted, RIWS Hardware Lite by Leonardo/Selex ES Inc - 15 each. All items must be new and current models. Suppliers must demonstrate that proposed products are equivalent to referenced products if requested by the Airport Board.

Period of Performance

Quotes must be submitted by May 14, 2026. All items are expected to be delivered during normal business hours (8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday) after acceptance of the quote.

Place of Performance

Delivery location is Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board, Central Warehouse, 3122 E. 30th Street, Dallas/Fort Worth Airport, Texas 75261.

Bidder Requirements

Suppliers must provide a full warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the period customarily extended to governmental organizations. Quotes shall be valid for a period of 60 days from submission.
