The selected attorney will be responsible for a range of legal tasks, including but not limited to: - Providing legal advice related to collection activities - Filing lawsuits as necessary to aid in collections - Making appearances in state courts - Making appearances in federal bankruptcy courts

Contract Requirements

The contract attorney must be able to: - Provide timely and accurate legal advice regarding collection matters - Prepare and file legal documents for suits in both state and federal courts - Represent the Revenue Commission in court proceedings as needed
