The City of Balch Springs is issuing a request for sealed bids for the construction of the IH20 at Seagoville Road & Beltline Road Green Ribbon Improvement project. This initiative aims to enhance landscaping and drainage improvements within the TxDOT right-of-way at two locations: IH20 at Seagoville Road and IH20 at Beltline Road.
