Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is issuing this solicitation for the replacement of the warehouse roof at the Engineer Repair Yard located in Leland, North Carolina. The goal of this contract is to ensure the structural integrity and safety of the facility through necessary construction work.
