Exterior Signage Replacement and Upgrades at Various RHA Public Housing Properties

Scope of Work

The project involves the replacement and upgrade of exterior signage at various Reading Housing Authority (RHA) public housing properties. The contractor will be responsible for: - Removing existing exterior signage as specified - Supplying and installing new signage according to project requirements - Ensuring all work meets the technical specifications provided in the bidding documents - Coordinating site visits as needed to assess conditions and finalize installation plans

Interested bidders are encouraged to attend. - Bidding documents are available to qualified contractors at pennbid.net. - Questions regarding technical specifications should be submitted through pennbid.net. - Questions regarding HUD forms, bid forms, or the use of pennbid.net can be emailed to contracts@readingha.org. - All requests for information must be submitted in writing before 11:00 A.M. on Friday, May 29th, 2026.
