Work Details

The successful bidder will be required to supply the following products and services: 1. Bottled Drinking Water: - 5-gallon spill-proof bottles (estimated quantity: 50,000) - Distilled water in 5-gallon bottles (estimated quantity: 50) - Distilled water in one-gallon bottles (estimated quantity: 100 cases) 2. Rental of Water Coolers: - Cold-only coolers (estimated quantity: 1,000) - Hot/cold coolers (estimated quantity: 4,000) 3. Cleaning of Purchased Water Coolers (estimated quantity: 1). 4. Delivery Requirements: - Deliveries must occur bi-weekly at designated locations, including City Hall and various city departments. - Emergency deliveries must be fulfilled within 24 hours. 5. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding bottled water production, treatment, and distribution is mandatory. Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and will last for an initial term of twelve months with options for up to four additional one-year renewals at the discretion of the City.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be bona fide manufacturers or authorized distributors of bottled water. They are required to submit documentation demonstrating compliance with all regulatory standards related to bottled water production and distribution. Additionally, bidders must enroll in the City's Annual Bid Security Program by paying a non-refundable fee of $100 and a bid processing fee of $25 for each submission. Local Business Entity (LBE) certification may provide bidding preferences.
