Reader printer maintenance

Background

The City of Philadelphia's Procurement Department is issuing a solicitation for reader printer maintenance services. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of reader printers utilized by the City, thereby supporting its operational efficiency.

Work Details

The contract involves maintenance services for reader printers, which may include but are not limited to: regular servicing, troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement of parts as necessary. Sellers must quote on all items specified in PHLContracts for this micro purchase unless otherwise indicated. All products must be delivered at the prices quoted, FOB Destination Point. The total amount of the quote shall be less than $43,000, which may increase annually based on the CPI-U.

Period of Performance

The contract term will commence on the Effective Date in PHLContracts and shall terminate automatically 365 days thereafter without notice or other act of the City.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at locations designated by the City of Philadelphia as needed for reader printer maintenance.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing to be considered responsive. Additionally, all quotes must comply with the City's nondiscrimination policies and ethical requirements. Vendors are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage as specified in the solicitation.
