Scope of Work

A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, May 19th, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. at the Reading Housing Authority, 400 Hancock Blvd, Reading, PA, 19611. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend and schedule a site visit.
